Hepsia Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is a one-stop email management solution, which will give you total control over your email mailbox accounts and electronic mailing lists. With this easy-to-use GUI, you can set up a brand new email box account in an instant and manage its settings effortlessly. Plus, you can redirect mail messages from one email mailbox account to another, activate email filters, set up autoresponders and secure your mailbox accounts against junk emails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have server-side anti-spam filtering software, so you can defend all your e-mail accounts against unsolicited bulk electronic mail messages. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to ensure that no unrequested email messages will find their way into your email box. Your e-mails will be filtered out on the basis of their spam score. You can also decide whether a mail message marked as spam should be deleted or redirected to a specific email mailbox.
Email Filters
Email filters are excellent for sorting your incoming mails according to specific criteria set by you. Setting up email filters is very easy - all you have to do is fill out a simple form and your email filter will be created and will take effect instantly. You can swiftly set up an e-mail filter for any of your email box accounts and edit the filtering criteria according to your wish.
Email Forwarding
You can easily forward your incoming emails from one email account to another, or even to several other e-mail accounts. Simply specify the mailbox account you wish to redirect mails from, then specify the target e-mail box and indicate if you wish to leave a copy on our mail servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager GUI, you can easily configure the mail client of your choosing to access your e-mailbox accounts. Just go to the Auto-Config column next to the e-mail account you wish to set up on your desktop PC or cellular phone and click on the e-mail client that you want to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be generated for you. Drag the file to your e-mail client and the new mailbox will be set up in an instant.

With the Email Manager GUI, managing multiple email accounts simultaneously is child's play. The Email Manager interface will also allow you to quickly create an autoresponder message - enter the message you want people to notice and our system will do the rest. And if you would like to configure a catch-all email mailbox - you can do that with a simple click on the Catch-all icon.
